HOW DO I GET MY DRIVER'S LICENSE?
FIRST:
Get a permit by taking the written test at the DMV. You do not have to have a driver's education class completed before you take the test. You can get your permit at 15 ½.
SECOND:
You must be 16 and have held your permit for 6 months and have completed a 30 hour classroom, 15/5 or 30 hour internet course. Also have logged 50 hours of driving and 10 of the 50 hours need to be night time driving hours. You can get your log sheets at the DMV website: http://www.dmvnv.com/nvdlteens.htm.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE I'M READY TO TAKE MY TEST?
No Magic answer, it all depends on the person. One thing you should know statistics show it takes five years to be proficient at driving, so even after you get your license you will still be learning and perfecting your skills.
What I do suggest, if you have no driving experience that driving, for 10 hours (10 HOUR PACKAGE) {CALL FOR PRICING AND TO SET-UP AN APPOINTMENT (702) 251-5484} and driving consecutively for those five days gets you off to a good start so family or friends can help you. The way you know your ready to take your driving test is when you feel comfortable and you no longer need a "CO-PILOT" sitting beside you.
DO WE TAKE YOU FOR YOUR ROAD TEST?
Yes we can do for you, if we think you're ready. Our goal is to help you to reach your goal.
DO WE RENT OUT OUR CARS FOR THE ROAD TEST?
Absolutely not, a minimum of two lessons is required. The first lesson is to evaluate you and make sure you're ready; once we determine that you are ready we will make the appointment for you, and take you to the DMV for your test.
DO WE HAVE TO COME TO YOUR SCHOOL FOR THE LESSON?
No, we come to you, and we service most areas in Clark County. We can pick you up at home, school, or your place of business and return you. This makes it easy for working parents or working adults.
BY TAKING BEHIND THE WHEEL LESSONS WILL IT LOWER MY INSURANCE?
It may, check with your insurance company. It has been our experience that some insurance companies do offer a discount and they usually require 6 hours of behind the wheel driving. We will provide you with a certificate showing you completed 6 0R 10 hours of behind the wheel driving.
